Thank you for shopping at Q-CAP.
We provide free international shipping on all orders.
Handling times of your order are 2 days unless your order is at the weekend where the next available processing day would be Monday.
Orders are shipped with tracking using Royal Mail to your local courier. Shipping times vary but from the UK it is usually 2 days, Europe is 3-4 days and the Rest Of The World is 5-10 days.
We will send you the tracking code after your order has been dispatched.
Coronavirus is having a negative impact on shipping times which are unfortunately out of our control. We will keep you up to date as we learn more regarding shipping delays to your country.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
